Clapsaddle Farms is home to more than 60 horses at its location in south Weld County, east of Brighton.
Included on the 155-acre property: a large multi-purpose barn with stalls; nine adjustable corrals with shelters; a smaller 9-horse barn; 360 x 160 ft. riding arena; round pens; tree-lined creek bottom with riding trails; turn out pastures; hay meadows; a three-story house; chickens, half dozen steers, plenty of cats and dogs, and Casper the Goat.
The farm has been in operation for nearly 15 years, and is presently transitioning from a breeding operation to boarding and training. Nearly 30 high-quality horses less than five years old, mostly with Hancock/Blue Valentine blood lines, are currently for sale.
